Welcome to the March edition of Reachout – Telstra International’s monthly online newsletter in which we bring you the latest news, views and industry analysis.
Further to the announcement last month I can now confirm that Telstra International

Group has completed a transaction to restructure the assets in REACH – our 50/50 joint venture. This restructure represents a key milestone in Telstra International’s strategy to drive greater customer and shareholder value.
I am also pleased to share with you our encouraging six month results which clearly show that our strategy to improve customer service and increase customer numbers is succeeding.
In this issue, we report on Jim Clarke’s panel session at Carriers World Asia 2011 and provide feedback from a series of successful collaborative seminars in China.
We also focus on our insightful Enhanced Service Monitoring tools available to existing IP VPN customers in EMEA.
Finally, we unveil Telstra’s plans to upgrade its Next G® network in Australia with 4G technology by the end of 2011, as revealed at Mobile World Congress.
