Unified communications for an agile and competitive workforce
Empower greater collaboration across your business with Telstra Audio Conferencing. Available 24/7 - anytime and anywhere, it lets your people create and conduct meetings on the move, without the assistance of an operator.
It’s easy to use and cost-effective for improved day-to-day collaboration. With less need to travel and the ability to set up calls on the go, communication is faster and productivity is improved.
You can choose between two options for your business: IP Audio, ideal for in-house meetings or Premium Audio designed for larger conferences.
Maximise cost-savings and productivity by choosing the right service to meet your needs. Both IP Audio and Premium Audio options include simple dial-in steps and useful features for easy and effective communication.
You can use IP Audio to connect to geographically dispersed teams, or for in-house meetings, team discussions and ad-hoc announcements. It supports meetings with up to 40 participants.
Premium Audio is a pre-booked, managed conferencing service that can serve up to 3,000 participants. You can focus on delivering your message while we provide experienced conference managers to ensure your event runs smoothly – critical when you are holding large events, such as board meetings, company announcements and product launches.
Enjoy brilliant meeting experiences and collaborate more effectively with features such as digital recording, live interpreter (where available), muting of participants’ lines to eliminate background noise, polling/voting capabilities and Q&A prioritisation. Reduce the admin workload associated with registration of participants, post-conference tabulation, recording and transcription.
If you are connected to Telstra’s IPVPN network, our conferencing platform brings seamless on-net SIP connection to our global conference bridge, dramatically reducing your conference costs by up to sixty per cent1.
