Please contact us using one of the contact methods above about issues relating to domain names between 10am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Outside of those times we recommend you email support@intl.telstra.com. We aim to respond to your contact within 3 business days and aim to resolve any issues you have within 10 business days.

If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at abuse@intl.telstra.com with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.

If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at support@intl.telstra.com including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

If you're not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, then you are able to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here

Domain name charges and other information

* Domain names registered with Nominet (the .UK registry) are £50 for 2 years.
* Registrations are made initially for a minimum of a 1 year term.
* You will need to make payment in advance by bank transfer (details provided when you submit a domain).
* If a domain name cannot be registered you will be fully refunded within 28 days.
* Telstra International, EMEA imposes no termination charges.

Renewing domain names:

All domains are renewed on an annual basis, we will send a reminder email 14 days prior to renewal. We will send the emails to the email address on the account, it is the registrant's responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. Telstra International, EMEA takes no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect.
If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your domain expires by emailing us at: terminations@telstra.com

All domains will be auto renewed 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring and will be billed 30 days in advance.

Domain Expiry:

If you request that you no longer wish to have your domain name renewed by me, it will be left to expire and all services I provide regarding that domain name will be suspended. Your domain name will then go into a 30 day protected period, after 30 days your domain will be suspended by Nominet and it will go into a 60 day grace period. If you change your mind and still wanted to retain your domain name, you still can and at the original renewal price. This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar by Nominet. Telstra International, EMEA will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name after this happens.

Domain Transferral:

If you no longer wish to carry on with your contract with Telstra International, EMEA, please email me no less than 30 days before your services are due to be renewed. will not charge you for transferring a domain(s) away to another registrar's tag. The customer acknowledges that, termination of the agreement for any reason will result in ceasing to provide the applicable services, with the consequences that flow from such cessation, including (but not limited to), deletion of data .e.g. hosting account(s) and mail boxes.
